“I like what Farmhouse Delivery is doing. It’s good for young families who want their children to eat well. The pricing is fair and it’s good for the farmers, too. We like being part of it.” -Brian Markley

Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 29! Last year at 7 a.m., we were greeted by headlights and happiness as the cooking began at Rain Lily Farm. If you’re like us, you’re just as likely to be caught reading a cookbook as a good novel. We’ll grab pretty much anything about food and cooking. Here are some of our favorite reads these days.
The Good Food Revolution, Will Allen – A good reminder of why we love supporting local farmers, and why Farmhouse is committed to keeping a 100% local product lineup.
In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto, Michael Pollan – While it’s been out for a few years.
We’re hosting an event for East Austin Studio Tour.
I hope you can come check it out!
