Super Crunch: Cilantro Coleslaw

Bushel Vegetables: Cilantro, cabbage, green onions, radish, carrots

This coleslaw may seem pretty standard, versatility is anything but basic! Serve on fish tacos, top with chicken or tofu for an easy lunch, add to cooked pasta for a quick Asian noodle dish- the opportunities are endless with this super-seasonal dish!  Recipe Credit: Simply Scratch

Turnip the Flavor: Bitter Greens with Carrots, Turnips, and Oranges

Bushel Vegetables: Grapefruit, turnips, lettuce, carrot

Looking for a beautiful dinner party recipe idea? This quick and easy salad showcases all of the delicate produce your Produce Box has to offer. Substitute oranges with grapefruit segments and bitter greens for beautiful lettuce greens (the smaller leaves inside of the head typically pack more bitter punches of flavor!).  Recipe Credit: Bon Appetit

Good ‘n’ Green: Sesame Broccoli and Shiitake Stir Fry

Bushel Vegetables: Bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower

The best part about your Produce Box is that it almost always includes ingredients that make for an excellent stir-fry. Love and Lemons has one of our favorite go-to recipes with sesame broccoli, sauteed mushrooms and bok choy. Add in cauliflower florets or any other leftover veggies to use up your box!  Recipe Credit: Love and Lemons
