“You can easily make this vegan by removing the cheese and adjusting the salt and pepper amount. On the flipside, if you want to add a meat, a nice Italian sausage will pair nicely with the bitterness of the greens”

Baked Cod with Citrus Salad

Produce Box Vegetables: Grapefruit or Oranges, Green Onions, Serve with a side of Cabbage Salad or green beans
