Okra (1 lb), Shishitos (1/2 lb) or Bell Peppers (2 count), Green beans (1 lb avg), Summer Squash (1 lb avg), Lettuce (1 head), Tomatoes (1 lb), Peaches (1 lb) or Blueberries (1 pint), Delicata Squash (2 count), Radish (1 bunch), Red Potatoes (1 lb)

Week of July 2: Medium Produce Box

Sweet Corn (2 ears), Peaches (1 lb) or Blueberries (1 pint), Summer Squash (1 lb avg), Red Potatoes (1 lb), Onion (1-2 count), Butternut Squash (1 count), Lettuce (1 head)

Indian Spiced Okra

Produce Box Vegetables: Okra (Can also substitute green beans)

“Even folks who usually don’t like okra enjoy the taste and texture of this highly seasoned dish. We left the seeds in the chile for moderate spice. Serve with grilled chicken or lamb.” Substitute okra for green beans, or make a mix of both.

Farro Delicata Squash Salad
