Back in Guatemala City, Hans Schrei and Luis Gramajo were two friends with dreams of dough, and feeding the inner child with it. In 2012, they began their business, and in 2019, they opened their bakery in Austin. It wasn’t long until they were tasting in the test kitchen – landing on flavors like Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle, Cranberry and White Chocolate, and Lemon and Wildflower. Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle?! Yes, you heard correctly.
Hans started baking at around age four with his mom and his siblings during the Christmas season, and never really outgrew it. Luis captures the creativity – The result? A playful scene of plastic pink dinosaurs, disco balls, and balloon animals to set the scene. The product? chewy & chunky cookies, just the way we like ’em. No preservatives, premixes or trans fats either. Plus the pasteurized egg in the dough makes it perfectly safe to eat right out of the container.
Each two pound tub of their dough prepares up to 24 cookies, so you can show up to the party prepared, or lay low in sweatpants with a spoon.
