Delivery Updates Due To Weather

As of 6:00 pm Friday, February 19

The sun came out today! And as our delivery vans defrosted, we landed on what is feasible for us to accomplish for the remainder of this week. Please note that these delivery dates could change but we will alert you as soon as we can via email and/or text message.

Austin:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday customers will receive deliveries on Saturday, 2/20
  • Thursday customers will receive deliveries on Sunday, 2/21
  • Friday customers will receive deliveries on Monday, 2/22

Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Waco deliveries are canceled for this week.

This was not an easy decision and we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your deepest understanding as we’re working with a significantly reduced crew at the moment.

We will resume ALL deliveries next week and are so grateful for your support as our community recovers in the coming weeks. Our warehouse will be fully stocked with staples like eggs, milk, and bread, along with many of your Farmhouse favorites when our regular delivery schedule resumes on Tuesday.

We hope you are all safe and warm and we look forward to seeing all of you next week. Please reach out to customer service if we can be of any assistance.

As of 7:00 pm Thursday, February 18

We are happy to report that we’re planning to resume deliveries starting tomorrow, February 19. Our goal is to deliver as many of this week’s orders as possible by early next week. Please keep an eye out for an email with more information on your rescheduled delivery.

Understandably, we have a few purveyors who were unable to deliver their fresh products in the last few days. We ask for patience as we may not have some of the items you originally ordered. Please know we are working diligently on our supply chain.

We appreciate your continued support for our farmers, ranchers, restaurant partners and Farmhouse Delivery. We are committed to serving you, as well as continuing to support our partners and farmers during this challenging time. Please reach out to customer service if we can be of any assistance.

As of 5:00 pm Wednesday, February 17

Due to the continued unsafe driving conditions, our normal Thursday delivery routes are postponed until later in the week. We will continue to monitor the weather and road conditions with hope that we are able to deliver your order as soon as Saturday or Sunday. We’ll notify you via email and text to confirm when deliveries have been rescheduled.

On behalf of our farmers, ranchers, restaurant partners and all of us at Farmhouse Delivery, we sincerely appreciate your support while we navigate this difficult weather! We are committed to serving you as well as continuing to support our partners and farmers during these tough growing conditions. Please reach out to customer service if we can be of any assistance.

As of 7:00 pm Sunday, February 14

We hope y’all are staying safe and warm as we wait out this unusual Texas winter weather.

We’re working in real-time to plan for the week ahead, and while our goal is to make all deliveries happen, we have prioritized keeping our team as safe as possible. At this time, we plan to push this week’s deliveries back by at least one day and are exploring a curbside pick-up option at our Austin warehouse in the coming days.

In preparation for the storm, our farmers, ranchers and producers worked diligently to harvest and deliver everything they could before they were impacted by the heavy freeze. We’re fortunate to report that our warehouse is full of fresh local food and we’re committed to finding a way to serve our customers.

We ask that you help us support our partners and the local food community by placing your orders today. We’ll send out an additional update tomorrow when we know more. As always, we appreciate your support and for supporting our local food community!
