Noble chefs Bates and Martinez will prepare the fourth course, a savory Bone Marrow Budino served with mushroom bacon, a Meyer lemon sauce and a watercress and frisée salad. VOX Table’s fifth course is a Roasted Duck Breast served with a cabbage and leek confit, and sweet and sour strawberries.
