Old School Classics: Vegetarian Mushroom Meatball Subs
Bushel Vegetables: mushrooms, onion, kale (substitute for spinach)
“Once baked, heat up marinara sauce, add the meatballs, and then assemble them in buns with basil and (optionally) grated parmesan cheese.
